MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate Degree in Business Administration

3 -5 years of experience in Customer Service Management

3 -5 years of experience in Accounting

3 -5 years of experience in Computer Systems

3 -5 years of Supervisory experience required

Microsoft computer skills (Word, Excel & Power Point)

Navajo speaking is required

Valid Driver's License required (subject to motor vehicle record review)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

Supervises cashering, billing, and metering reading activities, including the analysis of accounts payable invoices. Ensures the appropriate allocation of cash balances working with accounts and aging reports.

Establishes and maintains satisfactory customer and public relations, through direct or delegated contacts with respective individuals or groups.

Organizes work load to ensure production deadlines are met weekly and monthly.

Supervises employees directly including selection, training, performance appraisal and work allocation.

Communicates, and interprets customer service policies and procedures.

Composes letters and memoranda from dictation, verbal direction or from knowledge of company policy or procedures.

Communicates and/or sends collection letters on delinquent accounts and arranges terms of payment and follows-up collection of accounts.

Investigates tampering reports for corrective actions.

Performs internal audits on cash receipts monthly.

Counsels employees regarding human resource policies and procedures relative to transfer, promotion, pay, benefits and conditions of employment.

Reconciles miscellaneous accounts receivables ledger and/or the customer meter deposit to the general ledger on a monthly basis.

Compiles data and prepares scheduled or special reports, including trending, analyses and performance management.

Estimates for budget purposes, the future personnel and equipment needs of the department or section.

Promotes employee safety awareness, conducts safety meetings and enforces safety rules & regulations.

Direct activities of the departments for which responsible in accordance with policy and objectives.

Performs other duties as assigned or requested
